Watermelons
We ship numerous varieties of watermelons year round including Fiesta and Sangria, seedless, yellow meat, orange meat, and icebox melons.
Our melons are offered in bulk, bins, or cartons with PLU numbers.

For the 2005 season
Jackson Farming Company will again be growing two new smaller melons, which we will market as 4-to-5lb. and 10-to-12 lb.personal melons. Jackson Farming Co. sees a promising future for smaller, personal melons in the consumer marketplace. Jackson Farming Co. began growing the personal size melons in 2003.

Cantaloupes
Our cantaloupes, predominately Athena variety, are shipped in bins and cartons from May through September. We grow all of our various melon and cantaloupe crops on black plastic using drip irrigation. Our cantaloupes are brushed and washed in a clorinated water bath. Sprite Melons
This season we will again offer the sprite melon. These new Sprite Melons have a white, fleshy meat with a unique blend of pear, honeydew and watermelon flavors. JFC is one of only a few growers offering this North Carolina developed fruit.
